沙葛苹果汁
正当我等待着沙葛排骨汤出炉时,我把半粒留下来的沙葛,再从冰箱里拿出一粒苹果,把两者二合为一,变成了健康果汁!
沙葛具备止渴生津、消暑解烦、降血压、降血脂、护血管等作用。
根据网络,每次一杯, 逐日三次沙葛汁,恒久服用可降血压, 降血脂, 润血管, 匆匆进血管迟滞, 预防动脉血管粥样软化。
加入蜂蜜后的沙葛苹果汁,呈现蜂蜜的香,苹果的酸和沙葛的清甜! 我没把渣过滤,汁和渣都喝进肚里了。
