4) 起油锅,油热后放姜末炒出香味。</div>

5) 倒入银鱼过下油,捞出。</div>

6) 过好油的银鱼放入鸡蛋液中拌匀。</div>

7) 加热锅中余油,油热后倒入银鱼芹菜鸡蛋液,转下锅,鸡蛋液稍微有点凝固时用锅铲翻炒开。</div>

8) 炒个两三分钟,至鸡蛋完全凝固后再炒一会儿,鸡蛋呈金黄色,感觉炒上去比较干爽了即可出锅。</div>

他下了餐单,要吃好像 Kim Gary 的罗宋汤, 于是我就赶紧上网搜索食谱。<br />
我不吃牛肉,所以弄了个素版罗宋汤,味道酸酸甜甜的。第一次尝试做,老公说味道有点酸,那改次弄时就要放多一点糖咯!<br />

6) 将锅烧热,放入牛油,将洋葱煸炒出香味。<br />
7) 倒入番茄翻炒,保持大火,炒到番茄出水后,再改小火煮10分钟或至番茄融化。<br />
8) 倒入其余材料及调味料拌炒均匀,最后倒入水煮至沸滚后,转小火继续炖30分钟。<br />

我乘早上8点的泰国航空,到达曼谷飞机场是当地时间9点,坐了1小时的 cab 到达公司。<br />

1) 热锅内,倒入2-3茶匙食油。再把绿咖哩酱倒入,炒香。</div>

3) 放入酸柑叶和剩余的香茅,煮至滚。</div>

4) 转至小火,焖10-15分钟。</div>

5) 鸡肉熟后,再加入你喜爱的蔬菜如长豆,红萝卜,茄子等。</div>

6) 不够咸,可加鱼露,不够辣,可加辣椒。过辣,可加椰浆, 过咸或甜,可加酸柑汁。过酸,可加糖。若要多汁,可鸡汤。若要更加creamy 的,可加椰浆/鲜奶。</div>

7) 焖5-10分钟,放入九层塔叶略煮,盛出即可。</div>
